    I had a teachable moment on this last night as we were opening a late Hanukkah gift. My daughter’s first reaction to a gift was that “it’s for babies,” but we had a a good chat about it and by the time we were done talking she wanted to bring that gift with her for bedtime! I’m glad that I can talk somewhat reasonably with her now. If only my son listened to ANYthing that I said.
